Our 2021 County Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of aging techniques from one sustainably farmed vineyard in Sonoma County's Alexander Valley (80%) and an organically farmed vineyard in Lake County (20%). The wine was aged for six months in 85% stainless steel barrels and tanks, and 15% once and twice used French oak barrels.
