Our 2021 County Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of aging techniques from one sustainably farmed vineyards in Sonoma County's Russian River Valley and Lake County. The wine was aged for 6.5 months in 85% stainless steel tanks, and 15%French oak barrels. 100% Sustainably Farmed. Canned on March 1st 2022.
